Provide feedback to management at all levels regarding the progress of agile transformations within their teams. Provide scaling expertise to align multiple agile teams, collaborate and facilitate periodic planning with large groups, manage portfolio backlog of epics and features, and facilitate decision making with Product Management, Senior Leaders and Architects. Coach, mentor, and facilitate the team members to adopt truly Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management, and empowerment. Serves as a peer mentor to other Scrum Masters providing guidance on Agile As Scrum Master Manage and facilitate the scrum team's daily work including execution of Sprint Ceremonies Capturing and tracking sprint metrics (e.g., team velocity), and being accountable for the continuous improvement of the scrum team Identifying and removing impediments to allow the team to focus on development Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiative by assisting in the identification and solution of organizational impediments which limit team’s customer centricity, productivity, and/or quality. Education Minimum Requirements Bachelor degree in technology, business or sciences or relevant experience and at least five years of IT and project/program management. Required Experience And Skills Scrum Certification Strong track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects Ability to manage Agile and Non-Agile projects Ability to manage relationships with internal business customers Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team building skills, business judgment, and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff. Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and consensus building skills.
