Title – Oracle CDM Techno Functional

Location – Dallas, TX, United States

 

Job Description:   

·         Assimilate rapidly the client data environment and state and status of existing data repositories in the existing legacy data environment.   

·         Assist the project team and the client team in understanding the nature of data management in the Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) environment   

·         Conceptualize, document, and present technical solution options for a given requirement or set of requirements  

·         Work in an onsite / offshore model to execute and validate the configuration to the approved design framework    

·         As required, model a proof of concept of design options and demo the solution to the project team and ultimately, to users; capture feedback and incorporate in design     

·         Ability to clearly document all specification elements, basis of design, as well as technical and functional usage. 

·         Ability to work on implementation activities like data modelling, configurations, extensions, data conversions and integrations.

Required Skills:   

Person must have 12+ years' experience in detail specifications and requirements management from gaps assessment to technical solutions design with respect to Master Data and specifically Customer Master Data  

Must have technical expertise (and experience) in:  

·         Oracle-based Customer data management – Customer Data Hub (CDH), Customer Data Management (CDM) and in the configuration and implementation of Oracle Engagement Cloud. 

·         Oracle TCA and in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of TCA  

·         Must have hands on experience of CDM Setup activities like matching and merging rules, duplicate identification and resolution, Survivorship rules, address cleansing and data enrichment using DAAS. 

·         The use of Agile / Scrum methods in a sprint environment  

·         Using SOAP and REST APIs in CDM interfaces to other Oracle modules and in integrating data import/export to other systems (both Oracle and non-Oracle)  

·         Using OIC and OEC tools  

Must also:   

·         Have served on at least 2 Oracle Customer Data Management (or Customer Data Hub related) implementation teams. 

·         Understand Oracle Sales Cloud data architecture, table structure, and enterprise data models and normalizations (BNF)  

·         Must have sharp technological acumen with logical reasoning skills.   

·         Able to lead technical and functional design discussions and guide design decisions.   

·         Understand ancillary systems e.g. Salesforce and the Oracle / Salesforce portal  

·         Have strong knowledge of data interface principles, KPI's, and metrics  

·         Be able to research and understand natural language requirements for customer and address data in the North American environment (English / Canadian French / Spanish)Thanks & Regards,
