Location – Ada, MI-Onsite
NOTE: Accepting all Visa’s
Must have:
· EBS Finance experience – GL / AP / AR – Mandatory. Nice to have – CM /FA / iExpense
· Techno functional profiles only – At least to the extent of troubleshooting existing technical code
· Very good team handling skills in the onsite-offshore model
· Customer handling is a must- to be able to drive Weekly / monthly and other customer calls, Drive P1 calls or MEC related issues, Escalations etc
· Very communicative, managing customer expectations
· Help team resolve complex issues when they struggle
