Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Work location: LAS VEGAS (US:87701), NM
Duration: Long term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with an experience of 4 to 6 years.
• This role will be responsible for the support and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
• Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap, analysis, and needed documentation.
• Understand business requirements and create functional specifications.
• Should have experience in client-facing and work with multiple stakeholders/Onsite teams.
• Perforend-to-end system integration testing and functional testing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have worked on 1 Production support project and 1 implementation project.
• Good problem-solving skills and aware of SLAs using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Remote – 100%. Client is in PST.
Must-Have Skills:
• At least 4 to 6 years of HCM domain experience.
• Well-versed with HCM ATOM Feed (like Worker updates, Hire, terminate, etc.), HCM extract, and HCM Data. Loader (HDL), Integrations, Web service, SOAP, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) / BI publisher, Customization, Personalization, SOAP UI.
• At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with hands-on experience in Core HR and any of the below modules:
- Compensation
- Talent
- Performance
- Goal
• OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Report.
• Must have very good experience in writing SQL using HCM tables.
Good to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Fast formula, Security, Sandbox, Flex fields, Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow, Taleo Client Connect (TCC), and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).

• Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong team and individual player.
• Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature.
• High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high-quality results.
• Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.

• Adhering to security/coding guidelines and standards.
