JOB DESCRIPTION
"CCAI QA Manager with 8-12 years of experience
Must have strong bot building and testing experience
• "Must have prior experience in DialogFlow", DialogFlow is CCAI product and you can also refer to that as "CCAI-DialogFlow". Hand on experience is must.
• Create a testing strategy
• Looking for a team leader who can audit the pod''s QA processes and perform root cause analyses
• Hands-on, can provide testing reports, status reports, provide updates to leadership and lift up the entire team through demonstrated leadership and management skills
