JOB DESCRIPTION:
API development and troubleshooting experience with Apigee required ( X preferred) ?Have strong understanding of all Apigee X components and different deployment models? Strong troubleshooting skills in the API Management and Apigee X Gateway? Working knowledge of Apigee core features and functions with abilities to apply security, throttling, OAuth, TLS certificates for the Apigee platform? Inter-team experience - Federated API Developer support, Production support, release management? Experienced in implementing API Security and Access Control (OAuth/SAML, Web SSO,2 way SSL, Encryption/Decryption, Certificate Management, API key Auth etc.)?Ability to manage and report issues from API Management Plane.? Experience in setting up Apigee X environments and configuring various components? Developing Apigee proxies in the Apigee X platform and managing APIs on Apigee X environment.? Familiarity with Setting up reports and alerts in Apigee & Troubleshoot Apigee APIs with various error codes.? Setting up Analytics to view the proxy and target performance.? Be able to work with development teams to troubleshoot issues as and when needed.? Experience with Google Cloud Platform? Experience with CICD tools (GitLab / GitHub preference)?Troubleshoot Apigee issues not only using Trace sessions and internal components and log files as well.? Lead off-shore teams for development, review and troubleshoot issues.? May need to work on other integration platforms like MuleSoft, API connect, Kong ?Good Knowledge on Java, Python and Shell scripting. Nice to Have: Experience with high availability, load balancing, and failover configurations with Apigee XExperience in designing and implementing an API platform for high traffic API solutions
