• Effective verbal and written communication skills, concise and crisp communication
• Experience in norming a team, tracking progress, and holding members accountable for progress and productivity
• Experience in Agile Scrum Framework and ability to collaborate with Product Owner to understand the business vision
• Experience with preparation of Requirements to Test Cases Traceability matrix, Test Execution and Defect Management
• Background in Mobile and Web applications with a good understanding of API Services – Nice to have
• High Level understanding of modern digital technology stack – React, React Native, Flutter, etc. – Nice to have
• Experience in technologies supporting authentication, access management would be a plus - Nice to have
• Ability to learn and understand business processes to execute and validate business value
