Role : VMWare Consultant
Location : Redmond, WA(Remote)

· Data Analysis: Ability to run SQL queries to look at diagnostic telemetry for analysis.
· Familiarity or Ability to learn tools in Microsoft & AVS ecosystem:
· Jarvis monitors, Jarvis dashboards, Kusto, Power BI
· IcM monitoring & workflow

· Powershell
Job Description :
· Generate reports on all ICMs generated up to twice a week based on provided template.
· Classify and follow TSGs for the incoming ICMs to help with initial investigation which can include gathering more investigative data based on training and transferring to relevant component teams if required.
· Participate in regular sync ups with SMEs for creating more TSGs for new scenarios and consulting SMEs for issues.
· Mitigation of issues by following well defined TSGs post analysis where applicable using a SAW device.
· Ability to understand and code in Powershell to extend or maintain Powershell based AntiSAW features.
