Role : Mongo DB DBA
Location : New Jersey (Onsite)
Duration : 6 - 12 Months
JD:
· 3-6 years of proficiency in Mongo DB database management.
· Daily operations responsibilities include handling and serving as the mentor/team leader on the following items/activities:
· Mongo DB DBA Deployment and Support
· As Mongo DB DBA candidate should be able to provide solution for application team requirements.
· Has to take care of installation, configure deploy mongo DB databases.
· Good knowledge of Aggregation Framework, Indexing, Replication, Sharding and Server & Application Administration.
· Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
· Good knowledge of Mongo dump, Mongo restore, File system snapshots and MongoDB cloud manager or equivalent mechanism to restore and backup in other NoSQL databases.
· Hand on experience with CRUD Operations.
· Disk usage, CPU, Memory check Alerting
· Design, construct, install, test and maintain highly scalable data management systems
· Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models and proof of concepts
· Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining and production
· Design and implement data ingestion techniques for real time and batch processes
· Install and update disaster recovery procedures
· Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
· Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices
· Monitoring of Various issues related with Database,
· Monitoring at Server, Database, Collection Level, and Various Monitoring Tools related to MongoDB
· Upgrades (Mongo version, ..etc)
