· UNIX and Oracle ( Unix Shell scripting and Oracle SQL)
· ITIL process knowledge is mandatory
· Production support experience – 5-7 years
· Splunk and Dynatrace – Monitoring tools, knowledge of tool usage , logs review, dashboard creation is required
· Ability to support Java batch applications/Java web-based applications/Java Cloud applications (Anyone)
· Customer interview will be there
· Good communication skills are required

o This is prod support Role, not a developer role
o Java, C++, DevOps – Good to have skills
