RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salesforce (Technical) Consultant
Location: New York, NY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Works on SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems.
Adding new IP addresses to the white-list.
Works on Metric report.
Create complex workflow rules, approval process.
Works on security, user management tasks.
Install High-Priority Updates from Salesforce.com
Run Quarterly Database Maintenance Reports
Maintaining and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud apps.
Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Experience with SF1 mobile configuration, Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Data Loader preferred.
Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Strong organizational/time management skills
ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
