Experience should have been as part of a large scale ($10 million or greater, 1000 users or greater, 2 or more years to execute) enterprise-wide Business Process Re-engineering project. 48 months experience with the facilitation of working teams tasked with formally gathering and documenting business requirements and business rules for a future state environment. 48 months of experience in Designing and Implementing Information Technology Solutions. 24 months of experience as a Systems Analyst or Subject Matter Expert for a Workers’ Compensation related project. 24 months of experience in User Acceptance Testing, writing UAT plans, and scenarios and/or scripts. 24 months of experience with 1 or more of the following software tools: - Jira - Confluence - UXPin 24 months experience in forecasting SA effort for requirements gathering, process modelling, and testing efforts. Experience must include multiple projects assisting project managers in project planning including developing formal project schedules and Level of Effort (LOE) methodology.
