Help define the future of the crew experience at Client!

HR Technology is changing rapidly, and Client must evolve constantly to offer the best for our crew so that we can continue to make Client a best place to work! With strategic initiatives underway to improve how crew interact with HR services and beyond. The HR & Crew Systems team is in need of an app engineer who is excited to optimize the Crew Experience with our digital products by employing the same Client Experience (CX) mindset towards our Crew facing services and journeys.

In this role you will:

Be assigned to the Client Online Long term (VOLT) project where you will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of payrolls executive compensation application.

Qualifications

•Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

•Experience working with Java Mid-tier, Angular UI, SQL, Red Hat Linux, Spring tool suite, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum

•Strong written and oral communication skills.

•Strong, demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills.

•Strong planning and organizational skills.

•HR knowledge a plus.

•Workday knowledge a plus.
