Location: Tempe, AZ - (ONSITE)
Duration: Long Term Project
Experience: 10+
Client: Capgemini/End client

1. Location: onsite (near Casa Grande / Tempe AZ)
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Should understand SAP and should know IM module
• Should have high level knowledge of EWM module
• Should have good communication (Written, Oral and Presentation)
• Should understand LOC outbound Process. (IT to train)
• Should understand. Plant Replenishment Process (IT to Train)
• Should mentor Logistics Ops resources in Plant
• Should run reports in the system and drive improvements by KPI and Metrics
• Should be able to Triage issue and identify if it's a Process, master data or system issues
• Should lead issue resolution from Process and tool perspective
• Should escalate System Issues to IT team
• should escalate LOC outbound issues to LOC management and analyst
Location requirement:
• Should work able to work on weekends & week nights occasionally
• Location near Casa Grande / Tempe AZ.
