Job Role and Responsibilities:


Required Professional and Technical Expertise (CORE) : Project management with PMP/Price2 certification
1) A minimum of 10 years working in a mainframe operations environment providing an operational, service, consultancy or support role.
2) Demonstrated written and communications skills.
3) The ability to use TSO and ISPF is expected as well as good JCL skills and the ability to write simple REXX programs.

Professional and Technical Expertise (Preferred) :
1) Knowledge of other z software including COBOL, PL/I, JCL, VSAM/QSAM, DB2, NetView, Assembler/PLX, SMP/E, RACF security, and other operations tools are useful although not mandatory
2) Knowledge of the products that compete against the IBM products listed previously, will be an advantage. .
3) Experience with Applications Development on IBM Z is a plus
