Job Title : Azure DevOps Consultant
Location : Jacksonville, FL (Remote till Covid)
Duration : 12 Months
Must Have Skills:
· 4+ years DevOps experience with 2+ years as a Azure DevOps.
· 2+ years AzureDevOps (especially AzureDevOps pipelines)
· 2+ years Terraform, Ansible, Docker, PowerShell, Azure CLI
· 2+ years Kubernetes and helm charts
· Certifications AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-303/304/305 is plus
Roles and Responsibilities
· Partner with DevOps and Site Reliability engineers to ensure alignment of desired architecture,
· CI/CD pipelines and observability with what is being built and configured.
· Analyze non-functional performance of applications in production against desired non-functional requirements.
· Provide hands-on work for infrastructure-as-code, build and release pipelines, and observability when needed.
· Establish reference architectures and best practices of building, deploying, and operating secure and stable applications at scale.
· Azure ARM, Azure DevOps, az cli, Azure Policy, Security Center, Event Hub/Grid, Logic App & Function App experience
· Microsoft Azure, or other Public Cloud DevOps and/or Solution Architecture Certification
· Designing and implementing solutions leveraging multiple services within public cloud providers
· Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
· Experience using an automated configuration management or infrastructure as code system (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt, Cloud formation, etc.)
· Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and inter-networking technologies (routing/switching, proxy, firewall, load balancing etc.)
· RestFul API Development/Usage Understanding of Document Databases
· Experience of scripting (Powershell, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, Python, Go, Node.js, Rust, etc.) or developing software or cloud native services/applications
· Experience in network security and related infrastructure technologies, cloud-based infrastructure, software defined networks and hybrid connectivity architectures including Azure Global Reach, Express Route & Service Mesh Technologies
