Primary Skills –
· UNIX and Oracle ( Unix Shell scripting and Oracle SQL)
· ITIL process knowledge is mandatory
· Production support experience – 5-7 years
· Splunk and Dynatrace – Monitoring tools, knowledge of tool usage , logs review, dashboard creation is required
· Customer interview will be there
· Good communication skills are required
Additional Details
· This is prod support Role, not a developer role
· Java, C++, DevOps – Good to have skills
