Job Title: SAP PP PI Consultant
Location: Irving, TX/Remote (required to travel to London for business visits as needed)

Job Description:
Manage SAP PP-PI implementation projects, requests and Digitization projects in manufacturing area.
Lead in defining Project Scope for the PP-PI area and implementation of SAP Production Planning module with full life cycle implementation using ASAP methodology
Strong experience in understanding and defining PP Master data such as BOM, resource, master recipe, production version. Good understanding of STO and Tolling process
Strong Configured skills in different areas of PP like Material Master Resources, Master Recipe, BOM, Production version, Process order, scheduling parameter, confirmation parameters and Batch Management etc.
Strong experience in data conversion for PP objects using LSMW and other tools. Closely work with business in data mapping and defining the data in data conversion template
Ability to coach, mentor and train new team members in PP-PI area and bring them up to speed on project scope and processes.
Ability to analyze complex manufacturing problems and to propose solutions for Industry 4.0 environments.
Partner with manufacturing stakeholders, to develop and execute plans to deliver the business solution(s) to meet the needs
Provide business solution services for Manufacturing technology in use.
Understand stakeholder pain points and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions
Proactively identify solutions focused on improving productivity and collaborating on developing the business case
Be accountable to our stakeholders for delivery of all IT services
Serve as first point of escalation for all IT related customer issues
Ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication. This includes managing escalation and avoiding risk.
Educate business partners about business processes, roles, and capabilities.
Establish communication processes and channels across business functions.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong knowledge in SAP PP-PI module with hands on skills in configuration, Master Data and data conversion
Good understanding and integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, WM, Sample Manager, MII, MES and S/4 HANA
Experience in Chemical Manufacturing industry
Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner.
Ability to long term thinking, imagination, and idea generation
Excellent team member with an ability to perform individually, good interpersonal relations, strong communication skills, hardworking and high level of motivation.
Leading by example, mentoring, and motivating others in the BRM team and all around you
Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience
Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative method
Understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value

Experience / Education
US Citizen is highly preferred but Green card can be considered for exceptional candidates. Preferably based in Dallas
10+ years of functional and technical experience with manufacturing systems and processes.
10+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with demonstrated experience in manufacturing
