1. Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
2. In depth domain knowledge on Financial Markets and good understanding of Entity Security Master data.
3. Hands-on experience in  data profiling and data quality analysis
4. Business understanding of Financial companies.
5. Requirements gathering and Elicitation.
6. Good grasp of Agile, Jira
7. Knowledge on EDM and data analysis, Gap analysis
