Job Title: Health Care Business Analyst
Location: Columbia, MD (Remote until Covid)
Duration: 6 + Months
Employment Type: Contract
Interview Mode: Skype
Hourly Rate on Corp to Corp - $45 THIS IS A MID-LEVEL LONG TERM POSITION.
Job Description:
6 years experience in healthcare related organizations a MUST. Minimum 3 years USA exp required.
ü Under minimal direction, formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.
ü Act as a liaison between CMS and technical solutions/ support groups, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate client requirements.
ü Apply extensive knowledge of the client's business and industry to develop requirements specifications.
ü Document requirements, and translate into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
ü Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes.
ü Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations.
ü Lead the training of clients and peers.
ü Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
ü Identify requirements errors and defects, and write requirements defect identification and notification reports.
ü Support overall coordination between all involved parties, using Project Management skills and Techniques.
Additional Qualifications:
ü Experience with the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid/CHIP
ü XML and REST/ JSON experience preferred
ü Strong written and oral communication skills
ü Experience with Federal contracts a plus
ü Experience working in health care environment preferred.
