We have an immediate requirement for you with our implementation partner and the details are as follows.

Job Role : Java Lead

Location- Sunnyvale California... Day 1 Onsite ( No Remote)
Experience: 10+ years

Duration : 12+Months

Job Description:

10-12 years - Strong Java / J2EE Lead with excellent Development background and experience of leading US and India team
Experience in planning and executing IT transformations to the cloudWork alongside solution architects to help customers accelerate their cloud migration journey and modernize their business applications on AWS.
Strong knowledge of AWS to enable cloud migration of database and services from on perm to cloud
Expertise in Standard Developer Processes: Local Dev, Unit Test Automation (code coverage), Code Reviews, Pull Requests, CICD
Hands on developer to be able to write and review code is a must
Strong knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, SOAP, RESTful WS, XML and Web related Technologies
Has led and successfully delivered multiple Agile projects
Help with planning and execution product backlog and Sprint Planning
Able to manage Developers closely to ensure that work is being completely tested and delivered on time
Able to work closely with Scrum Master, Product Manager and Story Owners to design features and prioritize tasks
Able to proactively identify and resolve technical impediments and needs with the offshore team
Able to review the detailed activity report for each developer and help make adjustments to ensure efficiency
Able to review all tickets currently in process in the current iteration and add or move tickets depending on schedule and capacity
Proper communication between the onshore and offshore teams
Familiar with/Previous use GitHub
CICD (setup done by internal CICD team, but Tech Lead needs to understand the process and what team may need to know about it)
Jenkins (automation tool used for CICD)
