JOB TITLE : Oracle EBS

NOTE: GC, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, TN VISA are Encouraged
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Equivalent
• 8 - 10 years of experiences in handling large implementation and Support Engagement involving Oracle EBS R12
- Should have experience in Oracle EBS R12 (Oracle Apps) AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, COA, AGIS modules
• Should have experience as Finance Functional Support Lead for Oracle ERP
• Should have knowledge of Finance Processes and solutions
• Provide L2 & L3 support
• Experienced in environment support, Technical trouble shooting, ticket management, incident management, problem management with respect to EBS.
• Should have experience in supporting finance modules
• Experienced in Functional trouble shooting, ticket management, incident management, problem management with respect to EBS
• Efficient in SLA Management, Service Delivery Management, continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Should have experience in SR management and interactions with OEM
• Should have understand of integration architecture and data flow design.
• Working knowledge integrations involving Oracle ERP will be plus.
• Should be able to handle requirement gathering and business analysis.
• Strong communication and Client Facing interpersonal skill
• Should be capable of independently leading support engagements Should be flexible to handle pressure based on Project Requirement
