Job Description:
Identify key use cases for API-based data exchange
Develop and maintain APIs for use cases identified
Work with enterprise architecture team to develop a data model to enable whole person health
Identify and profile existing data sources with respect to common data elements
Identify relevant data standards and make recommendations re adoption of those standards where appropriate
Develop pipelines for data integration to enable whole person health
Develop proof of concept FHIR-based data exchange
Knowledge/Skills/Education:
Data standards
Data and enterprise architecture
Code development and data provenance best practices
Experience with clinical and/or public health data
Familiarity with HIPAA
Qualification:
Masters in Computer Science or related field preferred, with 10+ years’ experience
