Job Description:
· Strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) in ServiceNow,
· Hands-on experience working on SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (Service Now), with focus on implementing ITIL processes.
· Involved in Requirements gathering, Designing, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow.
· Implementing Service Catalog, Incident Management, & Change Management with extensive knowledge on Content Management System.
· Responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM suite, Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping.
· Worked on integration using external SOAP and REST based web services.
· Customized various Business Rules, Client Script, Script includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Actions in ServiceNow CSM.
