Description:
The group captures real time events using Kafka. Events could be a purchase made at a store, a return made at a store, Client buying equipment/product from a supplier etc. There are about 4 billion a day. These also have effect on inventory so inventory management is another aspect the group does as a by product of what they track. Inventory "states" could be "on order", "receiving", "arrived" and these change the inventory status

Skills needed are Java back end development skills. Proficiency in Kafka is a MUST. Would also like the ideal candidate to have experience with Azure and Cosmos. Experience with Google cloud will be a big plus

Remarks:
Mid level is fine, senior is always better as long as they fit into the rate. Only 1 interview for 1 hour testing the logic, testing programming skills and that would show customer the candidate's knowledge on data structures.
