Title: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Austin TX /San Jose CA/Remote
Type: Long term contract/Full Time
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in all phases of diagnostics development (from design through delivery to and support of manufacturing).
Fluent in C and python
Experience in embedded software design and implementation.
Experience in Linux kernel driver development and kernel customization
Experience in Board support Package (BSP) development
Experience with hardware bring-up
Proficient in Microcontrollers, embedded peripherals (PCIE, MDIO, I2C, SPI, USB, etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Produce functional specifications and design documents.
• Troubleshoot complex issues discovered in-house and support the manufacturing lines. The diagnostics are used to validate the hardware in manufacturing.
