Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead implementation of technical RSA Archer solutions working closely with product owner and Risk, Security and compliance SMEs Gather business and technical requirements from business users for the ongoing enhancements and implement the same into Archer platform Develop functional components such forms, workflows, rules, calculations etc. leveraging mainly RSA Archer product and service components in Java platform as needed Design contemporary GRC solution and demonstrate the design concept through prototype and POC rapidly Participate in all phases of project lifecycle and demonstrate adherence to bank standard SDLC life cycle Develop best practices of enterprise GRC solution implementation and share knowledge with other team members Work with vendor to implement new Archer features and lead the effort in the reviewing vendor delivered code and promoting the code components across the environments Work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products Involve in troubleshooting in Archer platform technical issues working with business and infrastructure team Assist the Player-coahce/Technical Lead to manage technology risks on a project and perform meaningful feasibility studies Work with quality assurance team to define test environments and also non-functional test cases Work with infrastructure team to validate physical system requirements and solution alignment Skills: 7+ years of active hands on experience in implementing Archer compliance solutions Strong hands on development experience (4+ years) in Archer implementation with primary focus on Core and on-demand applications Strong experience in defining business and functional requirements and working with technology teams to support these requirements through automation using GRC software that includes Strong business analysis and technical expertise to produce data models, business process models and converting into solution prototype rapidly Strong in hands on experience in configuring and customizing out-of-box implemented modules, forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls and other components in the RSA Archer platform Strong experience on server side maintenance of Archer (Control Panel, Archer Services, Custom API, IIS services ) Moderate JavaScript/JQuery/React UX (1-2 years) development experince to code client side validations/policies Moderate development experience (2 plus years) in Java/JEE mainly Web Service and RESTful service development for API integration with RSA Archer platform Experience in deployment promotion and automating deployment across various environments dev, qa, and prod Experience incorporating non-functional design aspects into the RSA Archer platform Experience with quality assurance process for testing applications including functional, non-functional and parallel testing Ability to work with vendor to provide technical specifications and reviewing the vendor design and code components Ability work on multiple tasks, perform in depth code reviews and ensure design and coding are adhering to security and architectural standards. Solid working experience in agile project delivery and competing priorities Ability to collaborate with multiple business and technical teams Moderate knowledge of Word, Excel and productivity improvement tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at sound analysis and judgment

This fulltime contractor position is needed for Software Solutions - Enteprise Products and Platforms that undertakes functional application development and support for Risk, TG ISNY, Legal and other compliance related groups in the bank. The EPP also undertakes projects for Corporate, Risk, Human Resources, Technology Group and Executive Office and bank wide transformation initiatives and the resource can be deployed as needed other projects to support the diversified application technologies portfolio.
