Job Description
Position: Technical Writer
Location: : San Jose
Total Experience: 6-8 years
Responsibilities:
· Update the existing Process and other working documents (PLM related) based on finalized TO-BE scenario
· Understand final detail process diagrams for documentation
· Identify scenarios where To-Be process is not covered or incomplete and work with PLM team to get the details and document those
· Work with process owner to identify stakeholders, review documents and get sign off
· Maintain change log of document changes and sign off
· Follow appropriate process to publish the revised document as advised by Process owner
Desirable Functional Skills:
· Should have good understand of Agile PLM and aligning PLM applications
· Excellent Technical writing skills.
· Strong computer skills and proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Should be able to collaborate with Offshore team on regular basis.
· Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
· Have experience on working with virtual teams
