Job Description
Position: Testing process Lead
Location: : Tampa FL
• Excellent knowledge and experience on establishing new QA processes and methodologies
- Ability to continuously improve processes and methodologies within teams
- Responsibility of defining new process, methods and tools definition in line with the industry evolution and progression , bringing in process innovation , technology innovation and industry best practices to make best in class Process Landscape
- Be a change agent in identifying and implementing process changes , which are in line with the evolving industry trends and practices
- Ensure value addition in the projects by the defined process landscape Engagement with Delivery organization for process implementation support
- Roll out of critical process changes with examples , case studies , etc.
- Support in process improvements in line with company goals
- Experience in Quality Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibility of assessing the current process maturity and identify the gaps against industry standards
Define new process , methods and tools definition in line with the industry evolution and progression , bringing in process innovation , technology innovation and industry best practices to make best in class Process Landscape
- Be a change agent in identifying and implementing process changes , which are in line with the evolving industry trends and practices
- Ensure value addition in the projects by the defined process landscape Engagement with Delivery organization for process implementation support
- Roll out of critical process changes with examples , case studies , etc.
- Support in process improvements in line with company goals
-Experience in building templates, guidelines and procedures to be followed from QA standards
- Experience in Quality Engineering
- Interpersonal skills and collaboration with other stakeholders and team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Good influencing skill for driving initiatives
