Job Title: GCP Hadoop Administrator/GCP Data Engineer

Need Good profiles with strong Exp on GCP(Google cloud programming)

Linkedin ID and PP number is Must

H1b only 

Must Have skills :-

 

Hands-on experience in GCP, DataProc, Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Pub/Sub and Dataflow.

 

Working knowledge of GCP Security and networking concepts. Strong experience in performance tuning of BigQuery SQL scripts.

 

Hands on experience in Big data hadoop on services like Hive, Spark, Kafka, Storm.

 

Knowledge of Application Monitoring/Alerting using Google Operations Suite (Stackdriver)

 

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience hosting an application on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage.

 

Good understanding of cloud design considerations and limitations and their impact on Pricing.

 

Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud, LoadBalancer, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN, etc.

 

Proficient in a modern scripting language (preferably Python) for automation of build tasks.

 

Prior experience working with: container technology such as Docker, version control systems (Github), build management and CI/CD tools (Concourse, Jenkins), and monitoring tools (Appdynamics, etc.)

 

Experience with infrastructure configuration management tools such as Terraform, Puppet, and Chef.

 

Unix/Linux power user

 

 

 

The Google Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:

 

 

Plan, Configure, Deploy and Operate a cloud solution.

 

Work closely with DataEngineers to identify the root cause and apply the bug fix. Review the On-premise Hadoop workloads and advise/provision the GCP services on cloud

 

Troubleshoot the performance issues and re-configure the GCP services to meet the application workloads & applying the auto scaling policies to meet the varying workloads

 

Automating the build and configuration of IaaS based solutions in Google Cloud Platform

 

Deliver Proof of Concepts for new Solutions on Cloud

 

Good written/Oral Communication, Presentation, Interactive skills with the team across geography.

 

Works well under pressure and meets deadlines. Flexible to work either independently or with the team.
