Job Description
Job role description for Tech Lead:
Candidate must of development background with at least 8 years of development, unit testing and deployment experience in Java and related technologies. Must have been played a role of scrum master /technology leader for minimum 3 years.
Must possess strong work ethic, analytical and interpersonal skills with fluent English communication. Should be able to manage customer stakeholders’ expectations about delivery quality and communicate correct work status to management. Possess strong skills in terms of work tracking in tools like JIRA, eliminate blockers and challenges. Represent customer forums of troubleshooting and status communication.
Must have Technical Skills -
Ø Efficient in object-oriented programming
Ø Hands on experience with
- Java programming (Java 8+)
- Software application architecture and design
- Application development using Microservices or REST APIs
- Working knowledge of J2EE framework like Spring boot, JPA,Hibernate
- Unit testing using JUnit/TestNG
- Source code versioning using GIT/SVN
- CICD using Jenkins/Gitlab
- SQL
Ø Good understating and knowledge of,
Ø AWS Services like S3, Lambda, RDS, AppFlow, Kendra, QuickSight
Ø User authentication and authorization between multiple systems e.g. OAuth, NTLM, SAML etc.
Ø Tools like JIRA, Confluence
Ø Agile methodologies and a proven ability to prioritize work items
Good to have Technical Credentials -
Ø AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate / Professional)
Ø Knowledge in building API based integration solutions with third party cloud/on-prem applications
Ø Experience working on NOSQL database like Mongo DB, Couch DB
