Niche Skills:
• Software Engineer
• Educational Requirements/ technical certification/ accreditation
• Engineering Graduate, Salesforce Admin, PD1
Priority Skills:
• Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce customization, Salesforce configuration, LWC, Salesforce integration, and Salesforce Admin
Core Competencies:
• SFMC certified, Pardot certified
• Good to have other cloud knowledge such as Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud, EA
• SF Admin certified
Nice to Have:
• CI/CD, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, UI/UX?
