We have an urgent, need for an engagement that is seeking someone with DBA as their primary skill set. The team is looking for someone with a breadth of database experience specific to MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and Oracle (not as important). From a skillset standpoint, we are still looking for a hands-on Cloud SQL engineer who has extensive experience in migrating large scale data centers to cloud providers (we are talking hundreds of databases and database sizes can range up to 300GB+):
· Test things
· Create SOPs and operationalize migrations
· Data migration
· Test data migrations
· Provide solutions for High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies
· Very technical (specific in Database engines listed here (most important to least): MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle.
