Title: Lead Java Developer (Backend) (Angular with AWS)
Location: DMV - Not required right now as they are in a voluntary phase, but would prefer if they can come in once per week
- Open to other locations as well but will need to come into Rockville when necessary
Work Authorization: US, GC, GC-EAD (Need Resource on our W2)
Type: C2H
- Would prefer to convert after 6 months

About the Position:
- Java backend Lead: security, java, springboot, REST API's, experience with identity and access management
- Hands-on: 30-35%, leadership: 65-70%
- Current tech stacks:
- Forshock - identity and access management
- Spring boot
- AWS
- Microservices: hundreds - all distributed but they are trying to combine them
- Java 11
- Angular
- Database: all AWS based
Must Have Skills/ Requirements:
- How identity and access management works
- 10+ years as a developer: Java/Angular
- Spring
- AWS
- REST API's
Nice to Have Skills/ Requirements:
- Forshock
- Account management and governance
- Good listener - many times candidates did not listen to the questions fully and would start answering prior to listening to the full question
Manager likes/dislikes:
- Does not like when people lie about answers or what they can do
- These are lead positions and it is extremely important to be honest
- Doesn't like when people make up answers
Interview process: (Will have hands-on coding exercises/white boarding via FINRA Zoom)
- Initial screening with Sunil
- 2nd: 2-3 hours panel interview with the team/2 at a time
