Position: Supply Chain Control Tower/TMS Technical Analyst
Location: 100% remote role
Duration: 12 months
Position Description:
· Work on Control Tower design to provide real-time visibility into global supply chains, identify disruptions and trigger resolution workflows
· Gather requirements and use cases to map to the Control Tower solution, while working with technical architects to address integration needs
· Business process documentation, gap analysis and solution design
· Coordinate implementation activities and troubleshoot technical issues with engineers
· Identify, track and improve success metrics
· Help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:
· Experience with implementing visibility tools such as E2Open, Project44, Infor Nexus, FourKites, Blue Yonder etc.
· 3+ years of relevant operations experience and in depth understanding of supply chain processes, especially in transportation management
· Proficient in SQL and gSuite.
· High competency in analytics and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data sets with experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
· 1+ year project management or product management experience
· Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate across business and systems stakeholders to drive solutions
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field Authorized to work in the United States.
Desired:
· Experience in Transportation Management System (TMS)
· Experience in EDI database management
· Experience in reporting development tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense.
