Job Description:
· Ability to handle end-to-end implementation and delivery of multiple projects across programs
· Handle ERP(SAP S/4&Fiori) and first party(in house tech) projects
· Prioritization, tasks/resources allocation, RICEFW ratification, status updates, Stakeholder management, risk management
· Work seamlessly with Technical, Functional, BIZ and shared services team

Key Qualifications* Minimum 2 years' experience with Aspect eWFM and eWFM Administrator* Complete understanding of Workforce Management process flow including forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling* Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a global audience* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Highly motivated to meet deadlines with minimal direction* Results-oriented, diligent and works with a sense of urgency* Self-starter demeanor with the ability to learn and bring themselves up to speed quickly* Ability to build and revise email communications quickly while articulating a clear message to partners* Comfortable with communicating and addressing different levels of business partners* Ability to analyze data and prepare recommendations supported by strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
