Location: Tarrytown - NY (Remote for now)
Duration: 12 Months
JD:
- Translate the complete understanding of Research group applications and act as liaison between IT and business.
- Work closely with IT stakeholders and Product vendor to resolve issues
- Install and configure Spotfire Server
- Provide administrative services
- Manage resources (tasks, licenses, users etc.)
- Monitor (peak) performance and make a forecast of platform growth & resource exhaustion
- Manage security for all Research applications in scope
- Assist developers with troubleshooting and offer development improvements
- Assist with performance and tuning of Research applications in scope
- Define best practices for development and deployment and create reusable templates
- Participate in overall architecture and strategy for the deployment of Research applications in scope
- Environment monitoring – pro-active monitoring to ensure performance on the server
