Job Role: - : Business System Analyst
Location: - Petersburg, Florida
Type: - Long Term Contract
Job Role and Responsibilities :
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player and able to get along with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues
· Agile/Waterfall experience
· Self-started/independent thinker with ability to seek subject matter expertise and follow up (initial training will be provided).
· Hands-on work experience as a BSA in working with Agile and Waterfall teams. Specifically:
· Functional design
· Technical explorations (systems/data analysis, Gap analysis, Impact analysis)
· Writing stories focused on system/technical aspects of software development (e.g. services logic design)
· Supporting production issues through research and analysis
· Understand technical design, backend services etc. and tie them back to requirements and user stories
· Knowledge of BDD a plus but not required
· Able to independently lead technical conversations with DEV, SQA and product stakeholders
· Cards or Financial or banking Industry knowledge preferred
· Understanding of PCI compliance a plus but not required
· Prior experience with First Data systems or leading network processors is desirable but not required
· Knowledge in mobile technology, mobile app development and testing concepts is a plus but not required.
Candidates with REST/SOAp experience from a BSA perspective with strong SQL querying experience, the ability to write sql queries. Writing user stories, JIRA experience, mockups a big plus.
