Job Role: - Business Analyst
Location: - Boston, MA
Type: - Long Term Contract
JD:-Domain knowledge in Capital Markets industry- Middle Office background
Prior experience in analyzing the production issues and work with production support team and also with Leads to address the issues
Experience working directly with stakeholders like PO , Tech Leads and Delivery team to understand the business requirements and convert them to technical specs
Experience in writing BSDs
Data modelling skills : ability to apply requirements into tables and data flow diagrams
Handling all Stakeholders in balanced way in difficult situations
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Preferred candiate with technical background.
Good Knowledge on SQL – effectively writing the SQL queries and also analyze the data by querying the DB: Prepare business requirements, functional requirements, document flow charts as required
User Interface documentation skills : Good to have
#Scrum Master:
Able to setup process and standards for agile processes
Review user stories for completeness
