Job Description:
We are looking for anAPI Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, competent in executing test cases and passionate about quality.
Responsibilities
· Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
· Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
· Execute test cases (manual or automated)
· Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
· Report bugs and errors to development teams
· Help troubleshoot issues
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or equivalent experience
· QA Testing: 5 years minimum
· Azure Function Apps; v3 using .NET Core 3.1
· RESTful services
· API Management
· OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code
· Azure
Requirements
· Strong experience with API Testing
· Healthcare Insurance experience.
· Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
· Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
· Familiarity with Agile frameworks
· Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
· Working knowledge of test management software
· Industry experience with a Healthcare Insurance company.
· Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests a plus
· Experience testing both Web and Mobile applications
· Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
· Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
· Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
