Role: BI Lead/Manager

Job Description:
We are looking at a BI Analytics Technical Lead or Manager who would be interested in a Hands-on role working closely with the project stakeholders and hands-on experience in SSIS, BI Analytics, Power BI and based out of our New Jersey Office.
· 10 to 14 years of strong experience in managing Data Warehousing and Power BI Projects
· Experience in Data strategy, roadmap definition and business analytics
· Have strong technical experience on Database design, SQL constructs, creation of Facts and Dimension Tables, OLAP Cubes, SSIS packages, visualizations, ETL Optimization, Access Control etc.
· Understand the logical mapping and data models provided and design and develop ETL mappings as per available patterns.
· Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills on SQL Server Stored Procedures and SSIS packages
· Experience in requirements gathering and estimation
· Experience in developing High Level Design and Low-level Design to meet Customer technical requirements
· Demonstrate proactivity with an attitude of get the work done; accountability and self-initiative attributes are vital aspects for this role
· Very good communication skills
· Communicate and coordinate with the Architecture & Business teams of various departments
· Experience in managing/leading the team and provide technical assistance
· Good to have Cloud concepts knowledge
Role: Teradata Admin
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 Months
JD for Teradata Admin:
· Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
· Expertise in SQL Query tuning
· 10 years of software development experience with proven hands-on experience in Teradata SQL Server Hadoop Spark HIVE Python NoSQL & SQL Databases
· Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
· Exposure to working with Teradata & SQL Server is a must.
· Develops deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domains
· Writes code and unit tests, works on API specs, automation, and conducts code reviews & testing Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability
· Works with product owners to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues.
· Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
· Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
· Good knowledge of Big Data querying tools, such as Pig, Hive, and Impala.
· Knowledge on GOOGLE CLOUD PLATFORM is good to have. Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB Strong Knowledge of UNIX, Shell Scripting.
