Looking for Performance Engineer with some salesforce experience / Knowledge at 100 % remote
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a performance test lead capacity
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of Performance Testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with at least 1 performance testing tool (i.e. LoadRunner, CloudTest, NeoLoad)
- Strong experience with at least 1 of the following: C, Java, C#, Javascript.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, customizing performance testing scripts and familiar with concepts like test data parameters, think time, transactions, correlations, assertions.
- Experience planning and designing performance testing scenarios and related terminology (concurrent users, load generators, calibration run, ramping conditions, etc.)
- Strong experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Windows Performance monitor, AWS CloudWatch or similar.
- Desired experience with Application Performance Management tools like AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Azure Applications Insights or similar.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
- Experience with pre-sales a big plus
- Experience in large-scale software deployments .
- SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) a big plus
- Understanding of performance test automation framework design models and best practices a big plus
- Ability to adapt to short sprint cycles (2 weeks)
- Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment
- Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
