Job Role: - Workday HCM / Support Analyst

Location: -  Marlborough, MA
Type: - Long Term Contract


Team management with good Workday technical expertise and ability to frontend customer interactions

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  2. Experience in defining and documenting SOPs for various operational processes of Workday team
  3. Good organization skills to ensure coordination and smooth hand-offs between onshore & offshore/nearshore teams
  4. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  5. Project Management experience with an ability to mentor the team and meet delivery objectives
  6. Good knowledge & working experience on the following:
    1. Workday Studio
    2. Core Connector, Benefit Connector, CCTPP
    3. EIB and Report Writer
    4. Advanced Reports, BIRT Reports
    5. Calculated Fields, Prompts etc.
    6. Business Process Framework
  7. Experience in directly working with the customer and managing customer expectations, project deliverables in coordination with offshore team
