Job title: Java Principal Architect (AngularJS & ReactJS)
Location: St. Louis, MO (Remote allowed until COVID subsidise)
Required Skill Set
- 15+ years of development experience including automation in Java, J2EE technologies
- Proficiency in multiple tools of the full stack covering frontend frameworks, databases and deployments
- Demonstrated success in decision making, conflict resolution, communication and negotiation/influence skills, to be effective working between many high-level managers
- Responsible for developing interactive front ends to complex software that solves business problems.
- 8-9 years' experience developing modern front-end, web-based applications with core JavaScript, JS frameworks, and at least 2 years specifically working in ReactJS/JSX, Flux, redux, or similar stack.
- Proficiency in a variety of modern programming languages
- Proficiency in a variety of modern automation tools and frameworks
- Proficiency with containerization
- Proficiency with relational/NoSQL
- Experience with AWS, GCP or other cloud provider
- Experience with load testing
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or projects
- Advanced ability to solve complex problems, drawing upon creativity, experience, and multiple sources of information
- Advanced communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex or difficult information
