- Network Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on experience (L2 and above skills)
- Proficient in configuring Network switches, routers and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper..)
- Very good Understanding of TCP/IP protocols. Static IP and subnet space allocation
- Troubleshooting Network connectivity and Performance issues
- Troubleshoot LAN and WAN issues (Required SDWAN and MPLS knowledge)
- Troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP knowledge is must)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Familiarity with Nagios, Netcool, Site scan, Vmanage, DC Expert monitoring tools
- Vendor coordination (AT&T, Verizon. Acuative…)
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- ITIL certification is preferred
- Flexible to come in shifts
