· Knowledge in understanding the Process of Code Deployment in Open stack File transfer Tools like WINSCP, Filezilla, Putty.
· Knowledge in Web based Reporting Tools like IBM Cognos,
· Knowledge in navigation of Windows and Unix platform tools.
· Knowledge in Service Management tools ServiceNow to handle Change Request, Service Request
· Knowledge in ITSM process life cycle
· Had to provide On-call support, for any emergency code Promotion / Scheduling changes for demand
· Flexible to support in 24*7 Team
· Had to maintain and update Documents to capture the Standard operating procedures for multiple tools
· Had to Mentor Junior and enable them to work on multi-platform skills.
