Location: Remote
Duration/Type: 12+ months contract to Hire
 
Description:
Summary:
The main function of an implementation analyst is to facilitate the deployment of new business functions across the organization.
A typical implementation analyst will be performing a lot of testing, documentation and training duties.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding current implementation/support cases.
  • Thoroughly track, organize and document all product and support related activities.
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of moderately complex new products and services for clients.
  • Create and maintain effective professional relationships with staff members and departmental heads to coordinate and produce data for pre-implementation validation.
 
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Expert ability in event planning, budgeting, etc.
  • Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference for Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 5 to 7 years of experience required.
  • Experience working within the Financial industry is beneficial.
 
Required Skills:
Job Description:
The Technical Services Consultant is responsible for providing excellent implementation and consulting related technical services in support of the Decision Support suite of products during both implementation and post go-live phases.
This includes but is not limited to provisioning software environments, managing data extracts, implementing customer-specific configurations and customizations, and supporting and solving technical challenges.
The Technical Services Consultant will maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction while working collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, account managers and other key team resources to ensure a successful implementation outcome.
Other key responsibilities include the following:
  • Mange implementation process for individual projects, including contract adherence (scope), resources, system integration issues, communications and overall client satisfaction.
  • Install and maintain client implementations and perform ongoing project tasks to ensure timely project deliverables as they relate to driving customer engagements
  • Demonstrate flexibility to effectively respond to changing project and client needs while balancing multiple on-going simultaneous projects. Monitors project responsibilities and ensure timely task completion.
  • Prepare issue analysis, status updates, and special reporting to leadership members both within Change Healthcare and client on an as needed basis.
  • Provide focal point technical project contact for internal and external communications and escalation of project issues.
  • Resolve technical support issues that are requested of individual and/or team
  • Maintain a high level of communication with all levels of client interaction to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution
 
Minimum requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 Years of Customer facing experience
  • 3-4 years of progressive Healthcare IT experience including
  • 2+ years’ experience with Software implementations
  • 3+ years’ experience with Payer/Insurance Utilization Management and Claims Payment System
  • Language Skills – Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with proficiency in a variety of settings and audiences
 
Reasoning Ability – Advanced reasoning and problem-solving proficiency
1. Strong project and task management skills
2. Strong customer service skills and background
Technical requirements:
  • 4 years Database (RDBMS) experience – Familiarity with MS SQL Server, ORACLE, PL-SQL
  • Familiarity with SVN and Git version control tools
  • Basic understanding of Java, Javascript, VB .net, Python, X12 EDI, HL-7, etc…
  • Agile Methodology, Dataflow, UML, MS Project
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Intermediate competency with SQL Server
  • Understanding of web services technology
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience preferred
