Job Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a mid-senior leve User Expereince Designer who will interact with various product owners to understand product requirements and develop a UX strategy and UX design for the software application. This candidate will be responsible for researching user requirements, designing experience, maintaining consistency across applications, co-ordinating with teams at onsite/offshore and ensure timely delivery of UX artifacts.

Technical Skills:
• 8-10 years of experience designing software applicatios (web, desktop or mobile) by following a user-centered-design (UCD) process.
• Experience building complex applications for web, desktop, mobile – not just websites
• Identify user requirements, by researching and analyzing user needs, understanding business requirements, stakeholder objectives and aligning with technology, implementation strategy
• Well versed in performing UX Analysis: document personas, user journeys, task analysis, UX Process Implementation: product design reviews, product experience design, formative user testing
Process Skills:
• Independently work with various stakeholders to gather UX requirements.
• Conduct user research activities to understand user needs
• Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and other UX deliverables
• Present UX deliverables to stakeholders, facilitate feedback discussions
• Ensure consistency across applications by reusing UX pattern library
• Interact with UX designer lead and deliver UX artifacts in a timely manner
• Guide visual designers and developers within their project
• Good knowledge of responsibe design, accessibility standards, design languages and design systems.
• Design effortestimation and reporting progress

• Leadership - bring people together to achieve a common goal
• Communication– excellent communication and presentation skills. Crystal clear communicate with other team members, stakholders and leadership, avoid any ambiguity.
• Time management – should be committed to on-time delivery in aggressive timelines
• Team player - Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Result oriented – prioritize requirements and deliver a quality product in aggressive timelines. Help teams resolve technical issues and explore alternate designs
Qualification:
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in UX or relevant field
• Preferably worked in Insurance, healthcare, banking or financial services
