Role: Senior Java Backend Developer
Location – Austin, TX - Onsite
Additional Comments:
10+ years of experience building scalable back-end services
Expert knowledge of Java 11+ and reactive Java. Scala, Netty and Nginx is a plus
Extensive experience designing distributed applications architecture and implementing it on code heavily relying on distributed messaging, storage and compute
Hands-on experience with NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra, Kafka, Solr). Relational databases, S3 and HDFS is a plus
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. AWS and GCP is a plus
Strong understanding and experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing, monitoring and alerting, production logs debugging
Strong collaboration skills, system thinking and ability to clearly explain complex concepts
