Dynamics 365 Developer Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand clients complex environment centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and consisting of 60+ Interfaces and supporting 1200+ users
2. Inspire & guide use of CRM & CRM updates
3. Take on the technical evaluation and estimation of user stories and bugs as assigned by the client development lead – work is managed via Microsoft Azure DevOps
a. Challenge assumptions and bring your experience to the table to design the most efficient and elegant solutions that meet business needs
b. Hit your deliverables both in terms of "first time right" with limited bugs, and on time
4. Development primarily based on Dynamics 365 (currently running 2021H2 release), but also extending into Power Automate and other Power apps as needed
5. Document code and incorporate selenium base test scripts when deploying.
Essential Requirements:
1. Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or 365 SaaS solution.
2. Have been involved in the delivery of at least two to five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects
3. 3+ Years coding on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 SDK.
a. Customization and form scripting
b. Administration/security role configuration
c. Plugin and workflow
d. Business Process Flow
e. Sitemap and ribbon
f. Power apps and flow
4. Azure Based Integrations - Preferably with SAP ECC or similar ERP systems and ability to build JSON\REST based API's
5. Azure DevOps CI/CD concepts
6. Automated testing using selenium
7. Dynamics CRM\Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB2-716 or other similar
8. Fluency in English mandatory, with any other languages being considered as an asset (Especially French or German)
9. 3+ Years in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming.
10. Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis & requirements gathering.
11. Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.
12. Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
13. Able to customise CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards. Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet & Mobile Applications.
Desirable:
1. Have previously worked in a Microsoft Gold Partner environment.
2. Understanding of related technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint and power platform.
3. Experience with Microsoft PowerBI
4. Microsoft certifications in Microsoft CRM 2015 & above.
5. Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
